31 more days to egypt. yayness. been counting down.

i'm so looking forward to it cos firstly, i deserve this break. after working hard for the whole year and all the downs i have been thru in 2007, its time for me, myself and I. secondly, its gona be so fun with the girls and the pyramids. i've always enjoyed every single moment with them. especially when its overseas. girls, i swear i cant wait. we are gona have a great time there k.. *hugs* thirdly, i'm also looking forward to the agenda after egypt. 2007 is coming to an end and i really hope i can wrap it up in a good and positive way. of hope and faith. with love and joy.

the past three days has been super stressful for me. my BIG days. hehe.

mon went on smooth and fine. i was a tad nervous. worried about how things mite turn out. but it went better than i expected. smiles. thumbs up.

tues was scary. cos i still haven recovered from monday. yet i have to wake up so early to collect stuffz. and went thru a pretty stressful morning. but thank god all went fine. tho there were some really i-wana-smack-them kinda mistakes! its over anyway. focus on the coming ones.

wed was the scariest. such a huge step for me. super nervous. and it showed! urgh. wasnt convinced that it went fine. had my doubts. but was reassured it was a distinction. hehehe.

today is thursday and i am looking back at the past three days. i'm glad i went thru it and they turned out good.

gosh.. cant believe i am having lessons tmr. when all muslim staff is going back at 10! my lessons start at 1030!! but yeah.. no choice cos the kids gona have their prac on tuesday and tmr is the latest day i can meet them before the exams. but i swear i am in raya mood!

one more day of fasting.. i feel sad actually. cos this fasting month has been different as compared to the last few years. it has been the month that gives me strength to overcome challenges. to have faith and hope. to believe in the good things in life again. to be grateful for what i have. to appreciate the blessing in disguise. to realise some mistakes i did in the past. to want to be a better person.
its been a meaningful month. a good one.

so i'm looking forward to raya. to celebrate with my loved ones. to have a new beginning.

and speaking of raya, i have yet to clean up my room. i am pushing everything to tmr, after my lessons. things to do:

1) buy my heels. gosh.
2) bring my mum to ikea to get plants. yay.
3) clean up my room. MUST.
4) settle my huge pile of laundry. MUST.
5) clean up the house. yay.
6) rest. hmm.
7) catch up on sleep. if this is ever possible.

oh and by the way.. ytd was reny's bday and HAPPY BIRTHDAY gorgeous! one of the prettiest girls i have ever seen with a big heart and an even bigger personality. she rocks my socks. hehehe. i love u dear and u are one helluva fren! may our frenship stays to granny days.. and i'll have WHITE hair while u will DYE your hair BLONDE. hahaha. big hug. lots of love always.

urgh. hate it when this happens. feels like pulling out all my hair.

i finally have baked my choc chip cookies. and cooked spaghetti yesterday. and had dosai yesterday. yay. did all i wanted to. hehe.

i have decided not to buy any bags for hari raya. cos i just remembered i have a bag. haha. i will get the bag prolly after egypt. after i settle the big hole in my pocket. haha.

anyways, i wana shout out HAPPY BIRTHDAY to beloved cuzzin marlin!! Stay petite and stunning sweetheart! I LOVE YOU.

so we are down to the last few days of ramadhan.. feels a tad sad..

exams are coming.. hope my kids are preparing well for it.

raya coming up.. i still haven gt my heels and bag. nad made me feel like i dun have to get them. hehe. whenever i think of egypt and all the IMPORTANT dates coming up, i do think THRICE before splurging on other stuffz. Needs VS Wants. haha. being such a GIRl, the 'Wants' always wins! haha.

i had lessons today and i think my kids had a great time observing the fruits and what nots. they squeezed and pressed whatever fruit that was there. Sheesh. they especially loved the capsicum. the side WITHOUT the placenta. hahaha.

went back home and started baking for a while.. went to settle my car in the evening.. then..continued baking till 10pm! phew. what a super productive day!

well, biskot gajus isnt exactly my favourite, but i tried my best. hehe. even if its not up to ur standard, still must give me some credit and encouragement ok.

bakes some cornflakes-cinnamon cookies for my grandma. choc chips wld prolly be tmr. hehe. my favourite!

i wana learn to bake the nutella cake. anyone can teach me?

ok baking aside...

it was interesting to spend some time at the car workshop.. saw how the mechanic did wonders to the cars..geez. there were just so many cars within such small lanes. pretty stressful! and i really cant stand the way male drivers stare at women drivers. what see see..! hmpf.

if u are wondering what happened to my car, well, ask my BRUDDER! urgh. he had learnt it the hard way!

i feel like eating dosai rite now. my dads having some friends at home now and i cant wait for them to go back so tt my family can go out! geylang perhaps!

and i also feel like cooking up spaghetti tmr.. wee!

last friday was the last official 'teaching' day for 2007! yay! here comes exams and full blast O'levels crunch time! *shivers*

To all my students, GOOD LUCK for the coming exams.. and especially to my form class 1I, Miss Fazleen says "1I..Alll the Way.." hehe.

To my Graduating Students.. For all the effort we've put in thus far, lets make it all worthwhile!
